People around the world observe Christmas for many reasons. It is a religious holiday that is celebrated by billions around the world commemorating the birth of Jesus. They believe in redemption and that only Christ can save them. “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household.” – Acts 16:31 The season also includes Hanukkah, the Jewish holiday commemorating an important time in history which is also a cultural event for non-religious Jews spending special time with family. Then there are those who just want to spread joy by gifting and gathering and sharing a holiday meal with friends at this special time of the year. Whatever your reasons for celebrating this Holiday Season, let’s all ENJOY, RESPECT, LOVE, and SUPPORT each other!
